I would suggest that the dates show that students don't require much help to use Moodle rather than no help is provided.
This forum is for general guidance about using Moodle and for students to compare experiences if they wish. Any major issues with Moodle or any of our services should be reported through IS.Helpline@ed.ac.uk.
