I take it that the course in question is "Community Engagement: co-constructing knowledge with communities"? Checking the announcements forum on that course you are subscribed to the forum and notifications should be sent to your University email account.
I don't see anything in your notification preferences that would stop you receiving notifications.
You have selected to receive a daily digest with subjects only. Can you change this to one of the other options - No digest or Complete (digest with full posts) - and see if that changes anything? You can change the Forum preferences by:
