I logged in just now and it seems OK - mscoc2 does this sometimes and no-one seems to know why (other than it's very old and probably on its last legs!).
You can use the command "top" to see what is actually running. I notice you have ran the .ksh script, but you should also be seeing processes called "psovina2" which don't seem to be there so something might have gone wrong with the job farming step.
Can you please tell me which directory you ran it in?
