WELCOME!

Hello everyone and welcome to the Patient and Public Involvement course. I really hope you’ll find it interesting and enjoyable. I’m looking forward to meeting you on Wednesday – in the first online lecture, I’ll be giving you a general orientation to the subject. I'll also be explaining the assignments for the course, so if you have any questions, you'll have a chance to ask.

Feel free to get in touch any time through the (not just for) problems forum.

See you soon

Allison

Hi Dr Allison

Excited to start this course ! I literally had no idea about the concept of patient and public involvement in research prior to starting this MSc . Looking forward to learning more about this during this term and hopefully introduce this concept in my institute.

Regards

Mariam

Dear Dr. Allison,

I am so happy to be in this course, thought with no prior knowledge of patient and public involvement. I am looking to understand the concepts and introduce patient and public involvement to my institution in the setting of the developing world.

Hi Susie and Class,

Welcome back. I feel great to be learning with you.

Thanks

Gibbil

Hi everyone,

Happy new year!

Sadly I had never even heard of PPI until starting this MSc, so I'm interested to find out much more about it, and hopefully apply in practice!

Best wishes,

Gillian
