Dear Gibbi

If possible and if others agree please discuss the following suggestion in the meeting

The last year of the programme is for our thesis project . If possible the programme management should consider short term 2-4 month placements in the UoE clinical trials unit for 4-5 students at a time . I feel other than giving us all a practical hands on experience , this would help us in our thesis proposal finalization as well. This would also contribute greatly to the possibility of collaborative work amongst the students also in the future. This can be kept optional so that those who do not wish to travel do not have to do this.

If possible and if ok with all can you please share the complete agenda from our side (excluding/annonymizing any requests involving private info/ personal circumstances )

I had one more suggestion which I discussed with Michelle during our last one to one session as well

UoE clinical research facility runs many educational events related to clinical research . If possible , they should consider having live webcasts for all of these . I realize live webcast format cannot be used for all teaching/training sessions but this would help not only us but others from our respective organizations who are interested in learning research as they would be able to join these webcasts . This would also pave way for further collaborative efforts between various organizations
