360 evaluations are common place in leadership studies and self-evaluations, but why?
What are 360s? why might you use a 360 evaluation? how might you use 360 evaluations to gain insights and understandings into people's perceptions, beliefs, assumptions and attitudes? and about what? What are the strengths of this method? what are the potential limitations?
