Debate (40%)

What? 

A group-based debate on an assigned topic lasting 40 minutes in total with each student speaking for 3 minutes.

When?

During our face-to-face tutorial on Thursday, 6th April 2022 between 1pm and 3pm. Each group will receive a specific time slot closer to the date.

How?

You will be assigned a group and a notion in week 9. Your group will then have three weeks to research your topic, assign roles and prepare for the debate where you will be debating a group with an opposing notion. You can choose how to organise your group work, for instance by setting up a Teams group or a social media platform.
