Thank you for the clarification on the discussion forums. For the videos I am using firefox as the browser and windows 7 as the operating system. I apologise but I do not know how to attach a screen shot, At the top of the page is the title of the video e.g, introduction and then underneath there is just a square black screen where the video should be. I used Moodle last year and had no problems, do I have to install another video player ?
