I'm making a start on the final assessment and have tried to run a LIDAEUS run with the RNA-dependent RNA pol from CoV-2019 and a ligand remdesivir. I tried to submit a LIDAEUS run but similarly to last time it doesn't seem to be submitting.
I've checked the sites.mol2 file and has 226 site points and is a mixture of green, red and blue sitepoints.
Everything seems fine when setting up the job in LIDAEUS and I have no errors, however, the job is not adding to the queue. See attached images. I've tried a few times but none have worked.
Would you have any idea whether this is a problem with my files?
