Moodle Upgrade July 2021

by Sean Sweeney - Thursday, 10 June 2021, 11:40 AM

Dear Moodle users,

Further to the below communication, it appears likely that we will need to push the upgrade of live Moodle back one week to the week beginning 19th July 2021

As below, please let us know if this clashes with any teaching activities you have planned in Moodle.

Best wishes,

Sean (On behalf of the Moodle service team)

Dear Moodle users,

This is a notification to let you know that we will be upgrading Moodle this July from version 3.8 to 3.10.

The work will take one day to complete and we are planning to upgrade the live instance of Moodle, the week beginning 12th July 2021.

Please can you let us know if this clashes with any teaching activities you plan to carry out using Moodle. We would also like to know if access is required by any schools for exam boards during this period.

If the one week period mentioned above is not suitable, please let us know, including the type of activity, whether these are core teaching or promotional/public outreach and the dates these activities are taking place.

Thanks,
