Update:
My excellent colleagues in Information Services have already found a solution for this issue which is currently on Moodle Development Environment. it allows the mobile theme to work with collapsed topics on both iOS and Android - some of your courses use this collapsed topics format.
This change will be deployed to Moodle Live (this Moodle) asap but this takes time. Bear with us. I will update this forum when the fix is deployed.
