High Performance Culture 10 questions

I just did the the High Performance Culture questionnaire., and received a score of 24. However, it was difficult as this year we had a teacher join us who had worked solo for over 20 years and now just joined the team in September, sadly she stayed two weeks and now has been sick since, so I did not count her, as if I did I would have gotten 0.

I got 24 as well Mark but I am not sure if that is because I chose the right answers. Working a I do with University Students I could have answered sometimes to each question and come out with 10!

19 at my end. I chose one of our 16 teams here that I have been working alot with (our 1st XI girls side). Certainly made me think about how we are progressing.

So are there particular areas that you think you are missing? Or as Grahame suggested is it the context? Does it depend upon how you interpret the questions? Or who you include in your team?
