Use the articles contained in the page entitled  Activity: What leaders do to improve student achievement and well-being,  as well as any other readings you have covered, to complete a reflective journal entry on the following:

Outline 3 priorities only for leaders in terms of helping create a capacity across the colleagues for whom they have line management responsibility so that these colleagues themselves can sustainably and positively impact on pupil learning.   Justify your selection.  

Note that the restriction around 3 items forces you to make a selection and therefore think critically about how leaders impact effectively on pupil learning.  In the context of the task this is  through influencing the conditions that support the development of their colleagues' capacity, individually and  collectively, around pupil learning.
