The following task will involve participants in producing a short piece of reflective analysis on an aspect of their leadership for learning practice.

Task

Focus on one aspect of your Leadership for Learning practice. This might be: an area of particular interest; something that is a concern or problem; or an aspect of your practice that you wish to improve.   It can have a wide focus such as your Leadership for Learning work with other colleagues, or it can have a limited focus such as an incident or be something to do with your own development.

Write a reflective analysis of this aspect of you practice in the context of Leadership for Learning. The length of this should be between 800 to 1000 words [certainly no more than 1000].
